PSG provides dedicated onsite management for all your contract and direct hire staffing needs. PSG assumes responsibility and accountability for the overall procurement, screening, selection, and administrative processes relating to new hires. We also provide consolidated billing and reporting for associate suppliers participating in the managed services program. Our technology is easy to use. Hiring managers and temporary employees give it high grades for simplicity and our system allows us to provide all data in whatever format our clients desire. We will team up with you to determine what information best suits you and helps you achieve your goals. We will provide you with real time data on pay rates and recommendations on how to pay competitively to attract the top talent without paying over market.

Payrolling and Independent Contract Management
Clients transition all types of professionals to our payroll including former independent contractors, returning retirees, seasonal help, former employees, casual labor, and other contract employees. PSG's payroll service program process is simple for our customers. You identify a candidate to place on our payroll, we assign that employee to you as a temporary or contract employee we then provide a weekly paycheck to the employee and maintain full responsibility for all payroll administration functions such as payroll taxes, workers compensation, liability insurance and payroll deductions.
